Learn the history of chocolate, analyzing ingredients of candy vs. Chocolate bars, cocoa content and its' influence, and the role in flavour profiles.
Finally, covering the most important aspect: Tempering!
What is the science behind it? Learn all of the tricks and why it’s a chocolatier’s best friend.
Learn how to make bars, heart lollipops and hand-moulded salted caramel truffles, that you fill and decorate!
Lastly,(the best part) is that you take home everything you make to enjoy.

Orders received before 12pm MST will be processed on the same day, orders received after that time will be processed on the following business day. Orders are not processed over the weekend.
Shipping time is dependent upon the method you choose upon check out, between 2 & 4 business days within Canada.
You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is ready to ship.
