We will ship your order using the carrier and service level selected at checkout. Once your order has left our facility, Master Chocolat is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Summer Shipping Acknowledgement

I understand that chocolate shipments may be affected by warm weather conditions during transit. By proceeding with my order, I accept the risk of melting or heat-related damage that may occur after the shipment has left Master Chocolat's facility. Master Chocolat is not responsible for heat-related damage that occurs during transit or after delivery.
