Join us for a three-hour immersive chocolate-making course, where you’ll explore the artistry and science behind fine chocolate — with a festive Easter twist.

During this experience, you’ll:

  • Discover the history of chocolate

  • Learn the difference between chocolate candy vs. real chocolate, including cocoa content and its influence on flavour

  • Dive into the science of tempering — why it’s essential, how it works, and the professional techniques chocolatiers rely on

Then, put your skills into practice by creating:

  • Chocolate bars

  • Hand-moulded salted caramel truffles — filled and decorated by you

  • Festive chocolate bunnies, made from start to finish

And of course, you take home everything you make to enjoy or share.
