Thursday, December 10, 2026 | 6:00-9:00pm
Location: #130, 560 69th Avenue SW
Have you ever wanted to learn from a master chocolatier?
Join us for a three-hour, hands-on chocolate-making course led by Bernard, where you’ll be introduced to the art and science of chocolate.
During this immersive experience, you’ll:
- Explore the history of chocolate
- Learn to distinguish chocolate candy vs. real chocolate, including cocoa content and how it shapes flavour
- Discover the science of tempering — why it matters, how it works, and the professional techniques behind perfectly finished chocolate
Then, put your knowledge into practice by creating:
- 4 chocolate bars with inclusions
- 4 hot chocolate bombs
- 4 chocolate lollipops
- 21+ hand-moulded salted caramel truffles, filled and capped by you
And you don’t leave the extra chocolate behind! You’ll also take home the chocolate from the making process, bringing your total takeaway to approximately 4 lb of chocolate products per person.
Everything you make is yours to enjoy at home.
Cost is per person.
Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking for a unique — and delicious — chocolate experience!
